1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Storam mobile app and related services (“Service”), operated by Storam (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By creating an account or using Storam, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. About Storam

Storam helps users discover local stores and view opening hours and contact details. Store owners may create and manage store listings. We provide the platform only; we do not own or operate the stores listed unless clearly stated otherwise.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement under applicable law. By using Storam, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.

4. Account Registration

  • You sign in using your mobile phone number and a one-time verification code.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your phone secure.
  • You must not share OTP codes with anyone or use another person’s account without permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use Storam for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
  • post false, misleading, or offensive store or profile information;
  • impersonate another person or business;
  • attempt to hack, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service;
  • use the app to spam, harass, or abuse others;
  • reverse engineer or copy the app except where allowed by law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Store Listings and Owner Responsibilities

If you add or manage a store listing, you confirm that:

  • you have the right to represent that business;
  • the information you provide (hours, phone, address, status) is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • you will update listings when details change;
  • you comply with applicable local laws and business regulations.

We may review, edit, hide, or remove listings that appear inaccurate, harmful, or in violation of these Terms, without notice where reasonably necessary.

7. Store and Business Information Disclaimer

Store hours, open/closed status, phone numbers, and other store details are provided by store owners or derived from data they submit. We do not guarantee that any store is open, available, or that listed information is always correct.

Always confirm important details directly with the store before visiting or making decisions.

8. Location Services

Some features use your device location to show nearby stores. Location use is optional in many cases; you can browse by city instead. You can control location permissions in your device settings.

9. Support

You may contact us through the in-app Support feature. Support messages are handled according to our Privacy Policy. We aim to respond within a reasonable time but do not guarantee a specific response time.

10. Intellectual Property

The Storam name, logo, app design, software, and content we create are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as store details), but you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and store that content to operate and promote the Service.

11. Third-Party Services

Storam may link to or integrate with third-party services (such as WhatsApp, phone calls, maps, or app stores). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

12. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time using Delete My Account in the app. Deletion is permanent and removes your account and associated stores and data, subject to limited retention described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Storam, including reliance on store listings, missed visits, or business losses.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed INR 1,000 unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your store listings, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

16. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of Storam at any time. We may also update these Terms. Updated Terms will be shown in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India, unless applicable consumer protection law gives you different rights.
